HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate concluded a training course in hairdressing and beauty for nine women beneficiaries in Al-Rawdah area and Al-Mil camps for IDPs. The training was part of the project to provide livelihood services for the most vulnerable women and girls in Yemen, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The training program is designed to equip trainees with hairdressing skills to enhance women's presence in the labor market and promote their economic independence.
Beauty is a career that provides job opportunities for many Yemeni women, given the limited availability of other opportunities. It also plays a role in combating unemployment and the effects of deteriorating living conditions.
