With funding from the Turkish Diyanet Foundation, HUMAN ACCESS distributed sacrificial meat to 252,000 people in the governorates of Hadhramaut, Taiz, Marib, and Al-Jawf.
This was part of the 1446 AH (2025) Sacrificial Meat Project, aiming to alleviate the suffering of the most vulnerable groups in Yemen and bring them joy and happiness during the Eid holidays.
In a press statement, the Secretary-General of HUMAN ACCESS, Dr. Abdulwase Alwasai, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Turkish Diyanet Foundation for this generous support.
He stated that this humanitarian donation contributed to enabling beneficiaries to celebrate Eid al-Adha with dignity and joy, given the significant rise in meat prices and the inability of the majority of Yemenis to purchase sacrificial animals.
