Vocational training and economic empowerment program in sewing and tailoring concluded in Marib
HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate has concluded a vocational training and economic empowerment (livelihoods) program for the second quarter of 2021 as part of the protection and livelihood support project for women and girls, funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The program helped develop the skills and capabilities of 15 women and girls in Al-Mil camps in the field of sewing and tailoring, encouraging participants to set up their own projects, creating new sources of income to improve their social and living conditions, empowering them economically, and upgrading their abilities to carry out various living and economic activities.
At the end of the training program, the trainees' products were displayed and they were honored with certificates of appreciation.
