HUMAN ACCESS in Marib district, Marib Governorate, concluded two training courses to teach women and girls the basics of sewing, and making pastries and sweets, financed by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), as part of the Protection and Livelihood Support Project. The two 20-day courses targeted 30 trainees.
The first course targeted 15 women in the field of sewing, while 15 women participated in the second course in making pastries and sweets. The two courses resulted in providing participants with knowledge and skills related to sewing and pastry making, empowering them economically, and facilitating their access to their income-generating projects.
