HUMAN ACCESS in Lahj Governorate carried out purposeful activities in Kharaz refugee camp in Lahj Governorate within the refugee health project, funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which is being implemented in Al-Basateen and Kharaz areas in Aden and Lahj governorates.
At Kharaz Refugee High School, a scientific and cultural competition was organized with the participation of 40 high school students from both genders.
The goal is to develop the capabilities and skills of male and female students and create a stimulating educational environment.
A knitting and embroidery activity was also carried out with the participation of 8 female students and in the presence of the Parents’ Council, to develop girls’ skills in the field of knitting and enhance community participation.
