HUMAN ACCESS in Aden Governorate inaugurated the re-work of the vaccination department at Basateen Charitable Medical Center in Dar Saad district, partnering with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). These initiatives were coordinated with the district's Public Health and Population office and the governorate's National Comprehensive Health Vaccination Program.

The inauguration took place in the presence of Muhammad Rafiq Nasri, Director of the UNHCR office in Aden, Awad Al-Awlaqi, Director-General of Primary Health Care at the Ministry of Public Health and Population, Dr. Faisal Al-Saedi, Director-General of the National Comprehensive Health Vaccination Program in Aden, and a number of local officials.

The rework of the vaccination department at Al-Basateen Charitable Medical Center aims to save lives from diseases that can be prevented by vaccines and improve their health and well-being.

Vaccines have been and remain one of the most effective public health interventions in saving millions of lives over the years, not just for children, but also for people of all ages.
