HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate, in partnership with UNFPA, held the first quarterly meeting for members of the community peer network as part of the protection and livelihood support project for women and girls implemented in (Al Rawda, Al-Sharika, and Al-Mil camps). The meeting discussed a number of issues and topics on the agenda related to providing services and programs for all segments of society.

These discussions included the role of peer networks in introducing the community to the project and its services, targeting survivors of gender-based violence, the role of networks in monitoring community needs, and the importance of the networks' mission in developing human-based community awareness through implementing awareness sessions in community gatherings and events about the risks of domestic violence in all its forms.

The participants also discussed tasks and duties, and coordinating efforts with local authorities, community leaders and influential figures. The meeting featured complementary discussions and proposals to improve the performance of humanitarian work.
