Within the framework of the Protection and Livelihood Support Project, with funding from United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), HUMAN ACCESS signed a number of memoranda of understanding and cooperation agreements aimed at combating gender-based violence.
With Endowment and Guidance Office in Al-Mahra
HUMAN ACCESS in Al-Mahra Governorate signed a memorandum of understanding with the Endowment and Guidance Office to support girls in combating violence, enhancing the role of women in society and their contribution to the development of their local community.
The agreement was signed by Mohammad Ahmad Al-Shawish, deputy director of the Endowment and Guidance office, and Mohammad Abdullah Balhaf, coordinator of the campaign to combat violence against girls.
With Seiyun district administration
HUMAN ACCESS in Seiyun signed a memorandum of understanding with the administration of Seiyun district, which included organizing awareness campaigns and joint workshops to coordinate efforts and carry out programs to combat gender-based violence. The agreement was signed by Mohammad Awad Al-Amiri, director general of Seiyun, head of the local council, and for HUMAN ACCESS, Majid Saleh Baramada, campaign coordinator.
With Social Affairs and Labor office in Al-Mahra
HUMAN ACCESS in Al-Mahra signed a cooperation and partnership agreement with the office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MOSAL) meant to combat gender-based violence through community awareness with the concerned authorities and coordination with local authorities and ministries offices in the governorate.
The agreement was signed by Fayez Ali Balhaf, director general of MOSAL office, and Mohammad Abdullah Balhaf, coordinator of the anti-violence campaign against girls.
