HUMAN ACCESS implemented several targeted activities in Al-Wadi District, Marib Governorate, as part of the project to provide livelihood services to the most vulnerable women and girls in Yemen. This project, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), aims to encourage the participation of Yemeni women in public life and build more resilient, stable, and peaceful communities.
The activities involved launching a training program in skincare and fragrance making for nine women beneficiaries, empowering them to enter the job market and start their own businesses.
Additionally, 50 women participated in psychosocial support sessions to improve their mental health, and 70 women attended community awareness sessions to promote women's rights. Other targeted activities were also implemented.
