HUMAN ACCESS launched Al-Nour Visual Care Camp in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Health and Population and the local authority in Hadhramaut Governorate with funding from the Humanitarian Relief, Human Rights and Freedoms (IHH) to provide free strabismus correction to orphans in need, partnering with the German Ophthalmology Center in Mukalla, in order to alleviate the suffering of orphans most in need.
Among the camp's services is eye examinations, strabismus correction operations, glasses distribution, and medication dispensing for 300 orphans.
At the inauguration, the Director General of Hadhramaut Coast's Public Health Office, Dr. Muhammad Al-Yahri, expressed gratitude to HUMAN ACCESS and IHH for implementing such qualitative camps to meet the urgent needs of orphans, as well as to help build a healthier future for everyone.
