As part of field visits for the Protection and Livelihood Support Project implemented by HUMAN ACCESS and funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the Safe Space Team for Women and Girls held community, health, mental, and legal awareness sessions in Marib Governorate.
The sessions that lasted for two weeks were held in many IDP Camps and Al-Matar areas in Marib governorate, as well as at the Safe Space main location, where the services delivered by the Safe Space were highlighted, how to be accessed, and the complaint mechanism in place.
During the sessions, women and girls’ needs in the legal, social, mental, and health areas were discussed thoroughly in addition to issues related to health consultation requirements, and the case referral process to the Safe Space.
