With funding from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), HUMAN ACCESS in Lahj Governorate distributed school bags containing basic learning supplies and school uniforms to 2,270 male and female students in schools in Kharaz Refugee Camp.
This is part of the project to provide basic and secondary education for refugees in Kharaz Camp. The goal is to increase the enrollment rates of the most vulnerable refugees, prevent them from falling behind, and encourage them to return to school with the start of the new school year in Yemen. It also aims to alleviate the financial burden associated with education on refugee families.
