Various urgent relief that contributes to alleviating suffering of IDPs and most affected people
HUMAN ACCESS, in partnership with Aman Palestin - Malaysia and Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity Society - Kuwait, provided urgent humanitarian aid and services during the month of March to poor, IDPs and war-affected families in the governorates of Marib and Shabwa, within the framework of relief and aid projects provided to the IDPs and those affected by the the events in Yemen. The services provided included food, and Shelter Units.
Food
714 food baskets were distributed to poor families and IDPs, benefited from about 4,284 individuals, and consisted of flour, rice, sugar, oil, and legumes. The program was in partnership with the Aman Palestin - Malaysia and Sheikh Abdullah Al Nouri Charity Society - Kuwait, and 200 children food supplements were distributed to Marib, funded by Aman Palestin - Malaysia.
Shelter Units
100 shelter units were provided and distributed, each unit included mattresses and blankets, for 100 IDPs and affected families in Shabwa, in partnership with Aman Palestin - Malaysia.
