HUMAN ACCESS in Al-Mahra Governorate organized two training courses for emergency obstetric staff at Al-Ghaydah Central Hospital, as part of the ongoing support offered by the reproductive health services support project, funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The first course was about infection control, and the second was about partograph (birth chart), with the intention of providing an introduction to the emergency obstetric staff in the hospital, consisting of doctors, nurses and midwives, regarding the risks and prevention of infection, and providing them with basic knowledge about birth charts and their importance to reproductive health care.
