HUMAN ACCESS in Mukalla provided 3,000 liters of diesel for the management of Hajar Al-Jawl water project to run the water in the Hajar Al-Jawl area in Hajar district of Hadramaut Governorate. This project was suspended due to the recent rise in oil derivatives.

During the handover, lawyer Anwar Al-Shazly, director general of Hajar district, confirmed that the diesel material that was supplied by HUMAN ACCESS, contributed to bringing relieve and joy to the hearts of the people of the region, who suffer from the transportation of water from long distances. Al-Shazly indicated that Al-Jawl areas have long suffered from an almost complete interruption of water, which caused the spread of various diseases and acute watery diarrhea.

Al-Shazly also highly valued the intervention of HUMAN ACCESS of Mukalla branch in providing diesel material for Al-Jawl water project in this critical circumstance during the blessed month of Ramadan, in which people find it hard and difficult to transport water from long distances with high temperatures.

For his part, Eng. Nabil Bajri, head of projects department for HUMAN ACCESS, Mukalla Branch, explained that this intervention will help in the process of continuing water flow to Al-Jawl areas for a full month, from which 20,000 people of the region will benefit.
