In Hadhramaut Governorate, HUMAN ACCESS implemented 6 training and rehabilitation programs supported by the International Islamic Charity Organization (IICO) targeting 70 participants from the coastal districts in order to equip them with professional and craft skills that allow them to rely on themselves, earn a living by working with their hands, and improve their economic situation in a sustainable way.
Among the fields of training and qualification included sewing, embroidery, secretarial work, computers, perfumes, incense and handicrafts, hairdressing and beauty, sweets and pastries, and graphic design, all part of ongoing efforts to improve the abilities of young people of both genders to acquire vocational skills that will enable them to join the labor market and improve their economic prospects.
