Promotional bazaar for beneficiaries of Livelihood Improvement Project in Marib governorate
HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate, with funding from United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), organized a promotional bazaar for women beneficiaries of the Livelihood Improvement Program in the field of handicrafts. During the bazaar, products of 17 of the project's beneficiaries were displayed, including sewing, knitting and embroidery, in addition to perfumes and incense making, sweets and pastries, and other products needed by the local market in the governorate.
This event motivated the beneficiaries to continue implementing income-generating projects.
High turnout and great appreciation
The bazaar was praised and admired by visitors who expressed their gladness at participating. Among the visitors was Mrs. Fanda Al-Ammari, director general of the general administration of women's development in the governorate, who expressed her happiness with the women's products. She stressed the importance of supporting women and girls in livelihood projects, empowering them economically, and enhancing their role in society.
