Within the Safe Spaces for Women and Girls project funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), HUMAN ACCESS in Shabwa and Marib Governorate held focus discussion sessions. The sessions dealt with identifying the needs and appropriate fields for women applying for training through which women and girls can run their own projects.

The discussions also focused on the importance of women's small enterprises, their success, the main economic challenges they face in establishing their own businesses, and how to overcome and confront them.
