As part of the fifth phase of the emergency shelter plan in Yemen—implemented by the HUMAN ACCESS Association—the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has distributed emergency shelter assistance to displaced families in Lahj Governorate.

The distribution, which took place today in Tuban District, involved the provision of 171 shelter tents and 171 shelter kits. The aid benefited 171 families (comprising 1,026 individuals) who had been displaced—due to recent events—from the districts of Maqbanah, Al-Wazi'iyah, and Al-Jarrahi, as well as areas along the West Coast, to Lahj Governorate.

These efforts reflect the commitment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the Center, to provide urgent humanitarian and relief support to those in need and the displaced in Yemen, thereby alleviating their humanitarian suffering.
