HUMAN ACCESS has awarded livelihood grants to 24 male and female refugees in Kharaz refugee camp in Lahj governorate as part of the Livelihoods Interventions for Refugees in Yemen project, funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
The start-up toolkits were delivered to the beneficiary refugees after they were qualified and professionally trained in the fields of: general electricity, solar energy extension, auto mechanics, car electricity, refrigeration and air conditioning, sewing and embroidery, and hairdressing, to help them improve their quality of life due to the increasing humanitarian needs and challenges.
