HUMAN ACCESS in Shabwa Governorate launched a field awareness campaign in Al-Kahraba neighborhood of Ataq city, under the title "Clean Water = Safe Life." The campaign aimed to reduce the spread of waterborne diseases such as cholera, acute diarrhea, and others.
The campaign involved awareness sessions on the importance of using clean water, safe handling and storage of drinking water, as well as the distribution of posters and brochures highlighting the dangers of contaminated water to human health and how to prevent serious diseases caused by water contaminated with microbes and chemicals.
