The Orphan Sponsorship and Care Sector at HUMAN ACCESS completed a training program for specialists in orphan projects and systems in the branches on implementing economic empowerment projects, as part of ongoing efforts to upgrade the staff to achieve the desired empowerment for a better future for orphans, and ensure their upbringing in a healthy environment.
In this regard, a three-day training program was conducted in Marib Governorate for 18 employees.
As part of the training, participants learned how to implement economic empowerment projects with excellence and professionalism, the process of successful follow-up and evaluation, and how to conduct a feasibility study for empowerment projects.
In addition, participants were taught how to use the electronic system to ensure the success and sustainability of economic projects for orphans and to transform their lives economically.
