103,604 people benefited from Ramadan charity projects this year (1447 AH - 2026), implemented by HUMAN ACCESS in several Yemeni governorates, during the first 20 days of the holy month of Ramadan, with support from a group of charitable partners.
The Ramadan charity projects implemented included distributing food baskets containing basic supplies and delivering ready-made meals for breaking the fast. They also included distributing cash zakat (charity) and Eid al-Fitr clothing to orphans and the most needy families, given the difficult humanitarian conditions in Yemen due to the conflict.
The Ramadan charity projects aim to provide Ramadan table necessities for the poor, the needy, and those affected during the month of fasting, to alleviate the burdens placed on vulnerable groups, to bring joy and happiness to the hearts of children, and to help spread the spirit of social solidarity.
In a press statement, Yahya Hasan Al-Dabaa, head of HUMAN ACCESS, expressed his deep gratitude to all the supporters who supported the association’s work during the 20 days of the holy month of Ramadan, and contributed to supporting those affected and the most needy people, and bringing joy to them during the month of mercy.
The head of HUMAN ACCESS called on philanthropists and donors to continue giving and participating in these blessed projects, which contribute to alleviating the suffering of many widows, orphans, the poor, displaced and affected people in Yemen, which is experiencing one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world.
