HUMAN ACCESS hosted the “BQSR” US company and its acting Agent in Yemen “Kealitycert” with the aim to audit and assess the Organizations’ quality management system (QMS). The external audit program, which lasted for four days, concluded successfully on Sunday, 27 March with the External Auditor’s recommendation to grant HUMAN ACCESS renewed International Quality Certificate ISO 9001:2015. This is part of HUMAN ACCESS’s constant pursuit to promote its work environment and systems, particularly following the inclusive assessment undertaken for HUMAN ACCESS’s quality management system, with close oversight from “Wa’ai Center for Training, Consulting, and Quality Systems”

“The awarded certificate is the culmination of many efforts exerted by the HUMAN ACCESS Organization that have committed to implementing the global quality management system since 2009”, said Dr. Abdulwasea Al-Waseai, HUMAN ACCESS Secretary-General in a special statement. He also emphasized that “HUMAN ACCESS accords great attention towards institutional structure, integrated rules, and regulations that yielded efficiently and deservedly to the renewal of the ISO certificate”.

During the audit, Eng. Nassar Al-Mahfadi, the respective company External Auditor, commended the course of evolution and progress that HUMAN ACCESS is taking, its commitment to applying quality management systems and standards, and its adherence to the principle of institutionalization in all of its processes guided by its objective to seek excellence in humanitarian action and development projects that target all community groups. He also highlighted that HUMAN ACCESS is considered one of the best institutions that have been awarded ISO quality certificates.
