Within the framework of closer joint cooperation and coordination with service providers and official bodies, the Coordinator of the Protection and Livelihood Support Project of HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate (Rawdha and Al Mil Camps) met with Munir Muqarid, the Acting Director General of the Literacy Office, Iman Al-Muntaser, Director of the Girl Education Department at the Education Office, Fatimah Tuaiman, the Women’s Department at the Literacy Office, and Yasser Al-Haidari, Coordinator of Organizations and Supporting Parties at the Education Office.

During the meeting, they discussed the educational situation of women and girls in displacement camps, difficulties and problems in light of the high intensity of the conflict, the increasing waves of displacement, the dropout of many girls from schools and the inability to continue education. They also discussed the training program to eradicate illiteracy, which the project intends to establish by accommodating 17 cases deprived of education due to living conditions.
