Community-based committees begin forming in 12 districts in Lahj and Taiz governorates

The HUMAN ACCESS team, with funding from the World Food Program (WFP), has begun forming community-based committees in 12 districts (9 in Lahj, 3 in Taiz), which fall within the fourth phase of the Integrated Phase Classification.
The process aims to select village representatives to help identify families targeted for food aid, according to WFP-approved criteria, using a community-based approach that ensures transparency and participation.
