A delegation from the Türkiye Diyanet Foundation visited safe spaces for women and girls in Marib city, Al-Rawda area, Al-Mil camps, neighborhoods and communities in Al-Matar area. The delegation was briefed on the activities implemented by the safe spaces to advance Yemeni women and to make investments for their growth and development.
The Turkish delegation discussed with the safe spaces officials a mechanism for providing multiple services to the most vulnerable women and girls to support and empower them.
The delegation members expressed their appreciation and admiration for the efforts made to strengthen women's steadfastness in facing crises, wishing the spaces more brilliance and success.
In partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), HUMAN ACCESS implements the "Safe Spaces for Women and Girls" project to strengthen women's status in Yemen, support their participation in development at all levels, and ensure that they have access to full legitimate rights.
