With funding from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the Psychosocial Support Center of HUMAN ACCESS in Hadhramaut Governorate organized a lecture entitled "Psychosocial support for patients with renal failure", in cooperation with the Industrial College Center in Al-Shihr General Hospital.
22 nurses and workers in the hospital's dialysis center attended the lecture, which emphasized psychological support for people who have chronic diseases such as kidney failure, and the types of disorders they suffer from.
The lecture also discussed some methods that can be used by the center's staff to cope with the psychological trauma of patients.
