HUMAN ACCESS in Taiz Governorate granted economic empowerment toolkits to 40 trainees in the fields of sewing and hairdressing in Al-Muzaffar and Al-Qahirah districts, as part of the project to provide livelihood services to the most vulnerable women and girls in Yemen, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The distribution process took place in the presence of Abdo Ali, Director General of the Social Affairs and Labor Office in Taiz.
The women beneficiaries expressed their great happiness at being given the tools to practice the profession after being professionally qualified to be able to enter the labor market and rely on themselves in light of the difficult conditions the country is experiencing due to the ongoing crisis for years.
