In partnership with Be Aid charity organization - Germany, HUMAN ACCESS delivered Ramadan food baskets consisting of flour, rice, sugar, cooking oil, dates and legumes to 179 poor families in Al-Mahrah Governorate in an effort to meeting their basic food needs during the month of fasting and transforming pain and suffering into hope and sufficiency.
Yemen is suffering from the cumulative impact of protracted conflict and economic turmoil, which has exacerbated people's chronic vulnerabilities and increased needs for humanitarian assistance. The Ramadan charity projects implemented every year contribute to alleviating the suffering of many of the needy people in the holy month.
