HUMAN ACCESS – Hadhramaut Governorate Branch announces the following vacancy:
Position: Warehouse keeper in the Integrated and Sustainable Needs Assistance (INSAN) project in high-risk and deprived areas in Al-Mudhaffar, Al-Qahirah, and Broom Mayfa districts funded by YHF.
Number required: One employee
Location: Hadhramaut Governorate
Contract duration: 10 months
Job specification:
Implementing all procedures related to warehouses and warehouse materials, organizing them, ensuring their safety and storage conditions, documenting all related forms, and updating the approved records to track the movement of inventory.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Receive medicines and medical supplies and record them with a signed receipt and store them in the designated and secure place.
- Maintain good management of items, hygiene measures and services in the warehouse.
- Dispense medicines and medical supplies to the mobile clinic on a daily basis from the warehouse using the approved dispensing document and the signature of the recipient.
- Follow up on the supply of medicines and supplies remaining in the clinic on a daily basis to the warehouse and record them in the approved supply document.
- Conduct weekly inventory to verify exports, imports, and remaining quantities.
- Submit a weekly report to the district supervisor regarding the quantities received and disbursed and the remaining balance of each item.
- Not allowed to store any other materials that do not belong to the project.
- Abide by daily working hours and open doors and windows for ventilation on a daily basis.
- Participate in regular meetings of the work team.
- Archive all warehouse records and reports and submit them to the direct manager at the end of the project.
- Carry out any other work assigned to him within the limits of job duties and responsibilities.
Job requirements
Qualifications and experience
- A diploma in pharmacy or high school, provided the applicant has knowledge of medicine and medical supplies names.
- One-year experience in a pharmacy or drug store.
- Sufficient level of English.
Skills and abilities
- Familiarity with all policies, procedures and systems related to warehouses.
- The ability to prepare data and extract statistics.
- Skills for organizing and planning daily work.
- Computer skills and applications.
Physical and mental requirements
- The applicant must enjoy excellent mental and physical health.
- He must be focused and mindful.
Other requirements
- Willingness to undertake full-time work.
- The applicant must not have had any previous convictions related to exploitation, abuse, sexual harassment, fraud, corruption, or conflict of interest.
- Priority will be given to the people of the governorates targeted by the project
