Basic Information

General Objective of the Position
Support the psychosocial support team in implementing field activities, and provide technical and administrative assistance to ensure the quality of services delivered to internally displaced persons (IDPs), contributing to the enhancement of mental health and social well-being of beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist specialists in conducting interviews and individual/group sessions.
- Follow up on cases and document data using approved forms.
- Participate in preparing awareness and educational activities on mental health.
- Support the preparation of daily and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the team to facilitate referrals of critical cases.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Comply with the code of conduct and designated working hours.
Essential Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychosocial support or social work.
- Proficiency in computer use and data entry.
- Good level of English proficiency.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with others.
- Proficiency in computer use, data entry, and archiving.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to complete tasks and provide timely feedback.
- Ability to prepare daily and monthly reports as required.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Physically fit with sound senses.
- Presentable appearance.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good listening, comprehension, and situational awareness.
Other Conditions
- Willingness to commit full-time to the job.
- No prior convictions related to exploitation, abuse, sexual harassment, fraud, corruption, or conflict of interest.
