Job: Social Media Accounts Officer

Job Specialization:

To achieve positive interaction and rapprochement with customers and the target audience and electronic media dissemination through various social media channels and sites.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop an integrated social media plan that is consistent with the association's objectives.
  • Manage the association's accounts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) in Arabic and English languages.
  • Reformulate content to be consistent with the association's media policy as well as the language of the audience.
  • Apply SEO standards to improve the electronic appearance of content intended for publication on social media channels.
  • Publish the association's news, activities, and projects on a regular basis.
  • Communicate with followers and respond to their comments and inquiries.
  • Analyze the performance of social media channels and accounts and submit reports to the management.
  • Review content before publishing and processing it or raising comments.
  • Interact and participate constructively with the work team.
  • Work to enhance the positive mental image of the association among the public.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on various electronic media channels.
  • Continuous development and innovation of content (text, image, design, video, etc.).
  • Develop monthly and periodic media plans for social media accounts and work on implementing them.
  • Monitor and document everything published about the association on websites, and follow up and take advantage on communication accounts of partners and competitors.
  • Strive to achieve the association's goals through the use of social media.
  • Building and growing a strong follower base on various platforms.
  • Improve the association's reputation and enhance its positive image.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information published on social media accounts.
  • Abide by the association's media policy.
  • Everything assigned within the scope of the specialization.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Public Relations, E-Marketing or a related major.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing social media accounts.

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Full knowledge of Arabic grammar and syntax.
  • Excellent level in English language.
  • Excellent creative writing skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media programs and data analysis tools.
  • Possess the skill of communicating with others.
  • Ability to work independently and collectively.
  • Good level of using graphics programs.
