Follow up the implementation of the project activities in accordance with the procedures agreed upon with the funding entity and propose recommendations to remove weaknesses, obstacles and problems that appear during the implementation process, in cooperation with the project manager and the project coordinator
Responsibilities and tasks
- Develop a monthly executive plan for what he is doing for follow-up, evaluation and monthly field visits.
- Carrying out monitoring and measuring the quality of services provided in the project that are provided to the target groups during the implementation of project activities,
- Submit reports, identify obstacles and problems, propose measures to avoid and solve them, and submit them to the direct supervisor.
- Carrying out field visits and meeting with workers and beneficiaries to ensure the services provided and measure satisfaction.
- Arranging a method for collecting follow-up data accurately and determining the method of collection, analysis and reporting on it
- Verify the adequacy of monitoring and verify its indicators from the receipt and delivery of materials provided by the program.
- Carry out monitoring operations after distribution and inform the direct supervisor of their results two weeks after the implementation of the activities.
- Work together with partners to ensure corrective action when necessary.
- Participate in providing the fieldwork requirements for technical review and evaluation required by the third partner responsible for evaluation of the project upon request.
- Conduct periodic evaluation of indicators
- Ensure that there is an accurate and clear system for saving and archiving. All project documents.

Qualifications and Experience
2.Bachelor of Information Management or equivalent.
- Experience working on projects funded by UN agencies of at least three years
- Experience in the field of follow-up and evaluation of projects of not less than two years
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to withstand work pressures and manage team work
- The ability to carry out field visits to the various project sites.
- Mastering the use of computer programs
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to prepare reports
- Ability to analyze data.
- Ability to use the program SPSS
