Human Access for Partnership and Development (HUMAN ACCESS) announces the following vacant position:
Job: Receptionist and Secretary (female)

Job specialization:
Entering all data related to the project into the computer and providing information and reports, archiving and saving that data and carrying out all work related to the project according to the designed and specialized qualitative programs. Also verifying the accuracy of the data given and following up on the implementation of project activities according to the procedures agreed upon with the donor agency. This also includes proposing recommendations to remove weaknesses, obstacles, and problems that may appear during the implementation process in cooperation with the project manager and project coordinator.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Enter all information data related to the work on computers and print it so that it becomes qualitative, useful and timely data and information.
- Arrange a method for collecting follow-up data accurately and determine the method of collecting, analyzing, and preparing reports on it.
- Assist in work implementation and procedures aimed at organizing an information and statistical database to facilitate the completion of work.
- Classify and index the archive of the information bank, and archive reports in files so that they are easy to refer to when needed - titled and organized files.
- Receive incoming information and raise it to her direct supervisor.
- Participate in designing, building, modifying, and documenting new and old systems.
- Prepare and submit monthly/ interim/ final implementation progress reports to the department manager to ensure the provision of ongoing services and avoid any delays and other obstacles that may hinder implementation at an early stage.
- Work side by side with partners to ensure corrective measures when necessary.
- Ensure the existence of an accurate and clear system for saving and archiving all project documents.
- Supervise the central database and improve it when needed.
- Attend all training activities, workshops, and meetings in the safe space.
- Respect the rules and ethics of work and adhere to the association's code of conduct.
- Adhere to the working hours specified by the project management.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned to her within the space.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's /Diploma in Computer or related field.
- At least two years of experience in the same field.
Skills and Abilities:
- Should have communication skills.
- Skill in using computers, data entry, and archiving.
- Knowledge of SPSS statistical analysis.
- Ability to learn the job.
- Ability to work under pressure at work.
- Ability to accomplish tasks and give feedback in a timely manner.
- Ability to design using computer programs.
Other requirements:
Advanced level of English language.
