Job: Case Management Specialist (female)

Number Required: Three

Location: Taiz Governorate (Multiple districts)

Contract Duration: Three months

Job Specialization:

Conduct Case management for the survivors, Raising community awareness, introducing safe space services, and assessing vulnerability cases for beneficiaries of cash assistance.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Conduct case management for the BNFs according to the case management steps and SOPs.
  • Prepare a monthly and quarterly plan for awareness activities and life skills programs.
  • Implement the activities of the monthly and quarterly plan.
  • Develop targeted awareness programs that address urgent issues of women and girls.
  • Hold awareness sessions for visitors to the spaces and introduce the services provided by the space.
  • Prepare and document success stories.
  • Participate in developing mechanisms and tools to follow up, evaluate and impact awareness activities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on various awareness programs.
  • Identify weaknesses and strengths and develop treatment proposals.
  • Adhere to the working hours specified by the space management.
  • Keep all records, files, and reports related to the space electronically when requested to do so.
  • Always respect the privacy principles of individual cases.
  • Participate in any activity or meeting in the space and attend training courses and meetings related to the space activities in the social field that may be organized by government agencies, the mission, the authority, international organizations and/or local communities when requested to do so.
  • Conduct the necessary assessments to identify vulnerability cases and keep records of those cases.
  • Submit statements of cash assistance for cases eligible to receive assistance.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to her by the space coordinator within the scope of the space work.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Law.
  2. At least two years of experience in the same field.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to use computer office programs.
  • Ability to correspond via e-mail.
  • Ability to withstand work pressures.
  • Ability to update, develop, and innovate.
  • Skill in writing success stories.
  • Knowledge of humanitarian work and emergency response.
  • Excellent level of English language.
  • Should have interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team.

Other Requirements:

Advanced level of English language.
