Skills and qualifications:

Tasks and responsibilities
- Follow-up and administrative and technical supervision of the activities of the safe spaces.
- Review and develop plans.
- Supervise the recruitment procedures for vacant positions.
- Set up proposals to develop work and address challenges and difficulties.
- Review the data entered in the database.
- Develop a mechanism to follow up implementation of the activities and events that are implemented in the safe spaces.
- Monitor compliance with the terms of the guidelines/directions for working in the spaces.
- Monitor the disbursement of the operational budget.
- Prepare a quarterly plan for all the activities to be implemented in the safe space according to the mechanism and forms approved by the project management.
- Coordinate and network to promote the safe space with the local authority and other partners.
- Attend coordination meetings, including the meetings of the clusters.
- Draft a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly report on the achievement and the major issues needed to be discussed with the project management.
- Any other tasks assigned by the project management.
Safe Space Supervisors (4)
Skills and qualifications:
- University degree in administrative - or any related fields (female).

- Develop a plan to promote the safe space between women and girls.
- Manage the meetings.
- Review monthly and quarterly reports and success stories.
- Operational budget management.
- Work to ensure the availability of security and safety procedures, protection standards and principles of humanitarian work during the implementation of all activities within the space.
- Communicate and coordinate with the project coordinator regarding the management of the activities implemented in the space.
- Announce of vacancies in the space.
- Enhance the team spirit and build human and social relations among the Safe Space staff.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned to by the project management within the project.
Case Management Specialists (4)
Skills and qualifications:
- University degree in Psychology - Sociology - Law.
- Experience of not less than 3 years in the same field or areas of humanitarian work.
- Experience in case management
- Knowledge of humanitarian action and emergency response.

Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Two years experience in the same field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional skills (ability to analyze financially and evaluate the performance of projects, skills to deal with accounting systems (YemenSoft - UNIX).
- Preferably someone who has the English language.
- High skills in accounts and financial reporting.
- Administrative skills (such as planning, organizing, control, follow-up and evaluation).
- High skill in communication and preparing reports.
- Have ability to take decisions and assume responsibilities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Issue financial disbursement orders in accordance with the specified budget and according to the directives of those authorized to disbursement.
- Adjust and control disbursements according to budget items.

- Liquidate the financial covenant first hand for the main center of the association.
