Child Protection Project Manager
Experience:
At least three years’ experience in NGOs.
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field.
Skills and Capabilities
- Advanced level in the English language.
- Administrative skills (such as planning, organizing project activities, controlling and able to follow -up and evaluate Project performance).
- Highly skilled in communication and reporting
- Knowledge in humanitarian action and able to response during emergency.
- The ability to use the computer skillfully
- High ability to make decisions and take responsibilities
- High capacity for logical guidance and analysis
- Advanced skills in the field of strategic planning
- Skillful in preparing a feasibility study
- Skillful in preparing and marketing projects
- Experience in the field of management and training
- The ability to write email correspondence
- Having skill in communicating with others.
- The ability to work in stress.
- The ability to work within the team.
- The ability to modernize, develop and innovate.

Child Protection Field Coordinator
Experience:

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting
Conditions and Capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional skills (the ability to analyze financially and evaluate the performance of projects, skills to deal with accounting systems (YemenSoft - UNIX).
- It is preferable the applicant to have knowledge of English language.
Social worker
Experience:
Experience of not less than two years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sociology
Conditions and Capabilities
- Have experience in field coordination.
- Have communication and outreach skills.
- Experience in managing vulnerabilities.
- Experience in coordinating with relevant authorities (the local council, sheikhs, and facilitators) to facilitate the delivery of aid.
Psychological support specialist
Experience:
3 years experience in the same field
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Conditions and Capabilities
- Have experience in providing psychological support services to children exposed to violence due to conflict.
- Have experience in providing psychological support services to women who are subjected to gender-based violence due to conflict.
- It is required to recruit a woman who has sufficient experience to fulfill the above-mentioned conditions
Community workers
Experience:
Experience of not less than two years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sociology
Conditions and Capabilities
- Have communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills in the use of computers (Microsoft office programs).
- The ability to handle work stress.
- Reporting skills, English language preferred.
Case management
Experience:
3 years experience in the same field
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Conditions and Capabilities
- Ability to prepare and manage protection activities.
- Ability to write monthly reports on work progress and achievement.
- Ability to follow-up and continuous communication.
- Ability to manage a teamwork.
- Preferably someone who have knowledge in English language.
- Priority in recruitment will be given to the residents of the district.
- Have skill in writing success stories.
